During the spring Season we recommend staying in one of our rooms nestled in The Main House and The Peconic House as they possess a Bed and Breakfast feel and are priced right.  Both are fully heated buildings.   The Main House and the Peconic House are designated historic houses well over 200 years old. From cottages to beach-style rooms, our other guest accommodations provide a variety of settings.                               All rooms have T.V. and telephones.                                 Bicycle rentals are available at the Inn.   The Large Cottage has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the third bedroom has a daybed. There is a large living room, a full kitchen and an outside deck.   Room #53 in the Peconic House has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, King-size bed with beautiful vaulted ceilings Peconic room #61 is a typical room in The Peconic House Typical of the Wainscott building is room #1 with a queen-size bed.   Illustrated, are rooms # 13 and # 5 in the Main House.   "The Bridal Suite", in The Main House, has a King-size Bed, fireplace and Jacuzzi tub.
